Witchery and Witchery Man end-of-season sale

In recent times, Witchery really has been the store that keeps on giving.

That trend continues, with both the Witchery and Witchery Man end-of-season sales commencing, both online and in-store.

There are some real bargains for both men and women available - on clothing, accessories and more.

Plus, the good news for Witchery members is that you can claim an extra 10% off everything, both sale and non-sale items, until this Sunday. And if you’re not a member, you can sign up before you hit the shops.

30% off at Witchery

30% off at Witchery

If you were one of those clever people who signed up to the Witchery loyalty program recently to receive a $30 voucher, then here’s some more good news.

You can currently get 30% off all full-priced Witchery and Witchery Man stock, both in-store and online. If you want to shop in-store, you’ll need to show your card; otherwise the discount will be applied online if you’re logged into your account.

And if you’re not a member, it’s not to late to join to take advantage of both the $30 voucher and the 30% discount.

I’m all about shopping for winter clothing at the moment, and my pick of the bunch from Witchery is this fur collar knit jacket, which looks snuggly and warm. With the discount, you’ll get it for just $140 rather than $200.

$30 Witchery voucher

$30 Witchery voucher

I firmly believe it pays to join any loyalty programs of shops you tend to frequent, and Witchery has once again proven me right.

Everyone who becomes a member of the new Witchery Loyalty Program will receive a free $30 voucher, which can be spent in-store on anything from the main Witchery or Witchery Man ranges. I perused the Ts and Cs and couldn’t see anything about not being able to use it on sale items, so you could pick up a real bargain.

As further incentive, members will also earn reward points plus get 5% off sale items permanently, and you can also track your purchase history online.

My favourite item from the range at the moment is this pretty violet finewool cardigan, which would be reduced to $69.95 with the discount.

To join the loyalty program and claim your reward you can either head into your nearest Witchery store or buy a copy of the latest marie claire or Men’s Health magazines.

New Witchery collection

New Witchery collection

Witchery has unveiled its new season collection and there looks to be some nice pieces that would be perfect for the in-between weather of autumn.

The new Witchery collection features lots of mushroom and neutral shades, as you’d expect from Witchery, plus a few splashes of bright colour thrown in for good measure.

The oversized drape tank pictured here is really nice, though at $89.95 it may be a little overpriced for what it is. Nevertheless it would look nice with blue jeans and heels for a casual night out.

I’m also a fan of this sateen pencil skirt with zip detailing ($129.95) - perfect for the office.

However in my opinion this garishly coloured zip front print jumpsuit ($169.95) is a giant miss and should be avoided at all costs.

Witchery and Witchery Man store locations are available at the website.

Witchery white shirt collection

Witchery white shirt collection

The Witchery white shirt collection for ovarian cancer research has done some great work over the past three years and will hopefully continue to do so this year.

Last year, the campaign raised $565,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation and the aim is to improve this figure in 2009.

100% of proceeds from the women’s and men’s white shirt collection go straight to the foundation, so you know your money is making a difference.

You can find a Witchery store near you by checking the website.

Witchery mid-season sale

The Witchery mid-season sale is on now, with savings of up to 50% on clothing and accessories for the womenswear collection and Witchery Man.

You can shop online at the Witchery website or head into a store to save yourself shipping.

My favourite item from the sale is this drape jersey top, which is the perfect colour for summer and is reduced to just $39.95 from $99.95.

Silk trench coat

Silk trench coat

Silk and I have a famously difficult relationship but I have to confess to being quite taken with this lightweight silk trench coat from Witchery.

Thinking ahead to the more temperate conditions of early Spring (I live in hope), this silk trench coat will be perfect for the in-between weather. I love the colour and the best news is that it’s marked down to $99.95 from $189.95.

But wait, there’s more. When you make any purchase from Witchery or Witchery Man during July (either online or in-store) you go into the draw to win a $500 wardrobe. There’s one wardrobe to give away in every single store as well as online.

Silk trench coat, here I come!

Witchery sale

Witchery sale

The Witchery winter sale starts online and in-store today and includes reductions on selected items in both the women’s and Witchery Man range.

Check out the Witchery website for some of the online bargains but more of the range has been reduced in store.

I like the long cardigan pictured here which is reduced to $99.95 from $149.95. I love the look of longline cardigans at the moment and they even look good with a skinny belt on top to hold it all together.

I like the embroidered cami as well - at least I would if it was summer, but what’s the point in buying something now if you can’t wear it for at least another three months.

Free $50 Witchery Man voucher

Free $50 Witchery Man voucher

For all the metrosexuals (vomit) out there, Witchery Man is giving away free $50 vouchers when you provide feedback on the range in-store.

To be eligible for a voucher you need to head to any Witchery store that stocks the new men’s range, try on an pair of jeans or pants and leave your feedback. You will then get a $50 voucher to spend on your next jeans or pants purchase.

All joking about hating metrosexuals aside, the Witchery Man range is quite stylish and tasteful and in all honesty does look better than your average pair of stubbies.

Now, does Witchery Man have any of those super stylish meggings we’ve all been raving about in stock… ?

Witchery Man is available at these stores: Camberwell, Crown and Sorrento (VIC); Bankstown, Chatswood Chase and Warringah Mall (NSW); Robina (QLD); Manuka (ACT); Morley and Subiaco (WA).

Witchery Man

Witchery Man

After all the kerfuffle of the launch campaign, Witchery Man has finally launched online, with few surprises.

The collection (view it here) is, as you would expect, the slightly dull boyfriend of the Witchery womenswear collection (you know, like the boyfriend who is always the designated driver). The collection is packed with basic separates in muted tones and classic cuts. (No word on quality yet as the collection isn’t due in-store until next month.)

While the t-shirts, pants, shirts and jeans aren’t really anything earth-shattering, for me I think the accessories section is the highlight of the collection. There are some really gorgeous looking leather man-bags here - loving the Everyday Satchel. And let’s face it, $300-plus is pretty standard for leather.

And am I the only one who would wear the Plate Metal Trim Cuff? It would be a good look for the girls if you’re going man-style for the evening, or are featuring on a float in the upcomin Mardi Gras.

One thing I’m not too sure about is the men’s necklaces. Let’s call them mecklaces for short. Actually, let’s not, because men should never, ever wear necklaces of any description, and giving men’s necklaces a cute nickname will only legitimise the practice.
