40% off Peter Alexander

40% off Peter Alexander

At the risk of repeating myself (I tend to do this a lot), Peter Alexander are THE best pyjamas to have on-hand during the winter months.

They’re warm, comfortable, fashionable and well-made - I have several pairs that have seemingly lasted forever.

And now is the time to stock up on your Peter Alexander jarmies, as for a limited time you can get 40% off online. This applies for the men’s, women’s and kid’s collection, excluding the current season jungle range and certain other items, such as home boots.

Which begs the question, do I really need another pair of Peter Alexander pyjama pants? At the moment, all signs point to yes.

Peter Alexander rose tapestry PJ set

Warm, comfortable pyjamas are an absolute necessity for the winter months - I’ve been known to go whole weekends without taking mine off.

And when you’re talking pyjamas, Peter Alexander is the absolute cream of the crop. They’re comfortable, warm, fashionable and durable - all around, a winning combination.

These days, Peter Alexander has several retail outlets around Australia, but if you’re not close to one, you can still shop online through the website.

My favourite at the moment - this rose tapestry PJ set, which you can buy online for $79.90.

Would go perfectly with my new doona boots.

Peter Alexander slipper socks

Peter Alexander slipper socks

I don’t know about you, but I’m all about stocking up on snuggly stuff for winter at the moment, even though it still feels like summer some days here in Sydney.

I guess I have an irrational fear of it suddenly turning into winter without me noticing, and only having t-shirts and shorts on-hand to get through it. (I like to be organised.)

My latest want is these Peter Alexander slipper socks. My sister and I used to live in slipper socks as kids, albeit shorter, less expensive versions, and it reminds me of being all snuggly and warm.

All things considered, $65 isn’t too bad to pay for the Peter Alexander socks, considering they’re made from angora.

Up to 50% off Peter Alexander PJ pants

Up to 50% off Peter Alexander PJ pants

I am not ashamed to admit that I have an ongoing love affair with Peter Alexander pyjama pants.

They are so slouchy and so comfy and I can happily go the better part of a weekend wearing them around the house (and no further than the letterbox outside).

It’s music to my ears to hear that selected PJ pants for men and women are on sale at up to 50% off, with prices starting from $19.95 each.

Plus, spend $50 or more and you get free shipping on your order, which makes it even more of a bargain.

Peter Alexander kaftan

Peter Alexander kaftan

I have to admit that I’ve always wanted to own a kaftan, for various reasons.

When I was in my teenage years, it was mainly because all my friends thought that the Led Zepplin Indian era was pretty much the be all and end all of cool.

Lately I want a kaftan so I can cover up at the beach and avoid scaring small children.

Camilla kaftans are pretty much the cream of the crop, and that is reflected in their price tags (hundreds and hundreds of dollars, but my God, so beautiful, and if anyone wants to buy me one for Christmas, I’ll love you forever).

This v-neck beaded kaftan dress from sleepwear guru is a much more affordable kaftan alternative at $99.

I love the decorative beading around the neckline, and you can also buy a black or cream slip to wear underneath (if you are going from the beach to somewhere with a dress code). I’d also recommend putting on some kind of pants as well because in my opinion it’s a wee bit too short to wear on its own away from the beach.

Peter Alexander

Peter Alexander

I have to admit that in winter I seem to spend more time in my pyjamas than I do in anything else.

In fact if I could get away with leaving the house in my PJs, I probably would. I have a friend who regularly goes to the shops in her PJ top and I have to say, I envy her gumption.

The Peter Alexander range of sleepwear is my all-time favourite and I usually make at least one or two purchases from it a year.

His pyjama pants are especially comfortable and the best thing to wear on a cold day at home when you don’t plan on leaving the house.

My most recent purchase is the Tapestry Rose Wide PJ Pant and I am also eyeing off the Embroidered Faux Fur Trim Tall Boot.

You can buy Peter Alexander gear through the site or at one of the standalone stores throughout Australia.
