Nothing brightens up a depressingly rainy Friday like a good sale, and luckily Mimco has stepped up to the plate.

Yes, the latest Mimco sale is online and in-store now, and if you’re in the market for a new bag or wallet, then you should definitely check it out.

Personally, I’m in dire need of a new wallet so am carefully considering the wallets on sale.

I think I’m leaning towards the Mim style pictured here, which is reduced to a very decent $89.95.

If you can’t resist the idea of shopping in the name of a good cause, then the annual Jeanswest Designer Charity Tee Collection is right up your alley.

Now in its fifth year, this year’s collection of t-shirts has been designed by three top Australian labels: Arabella Ramsay, Lucette and Mimco. The first two designers have one t-shirt each, while Mimco has contributed two. My favourite from the collection is the Lucette t-shirt pictured here.

Each t-shirt retails for just $29.99 and the good news is that $10 from the sale of each tee is donated to the Cancer Council’s Pink Ribbon Day to help raise awareness and funding for breast cancer research.

The four Jeanswest designer t-shirts will hit stores on October 9.

Mimco is one of those labels with which I have a love/hate relationship.

On one hand, I love a lot of the designs, especially the famous Button Wallets, but on the other hand I do find it slightly overpriced for a mid-range Australian label.

That’s why the news of a Mimco online sale is music to my ears - the label rarely holds sales so this one is really manna from heaven.

It’s only on selected items from the range - which you can view here - but there are still some nice items amongst it all.

I do like the Mod Button Clutch, pictured here, which is on sale for 50% off at $99.95.
