Midas snakeskin shoes

Midas snakeskin shoes

Animal prints can be a hit-and-miss affair but these Midas Felicia Rocha snakeskin shoes are definitely more of a hit.

In general animal prints remind me of middle-aged cougars at my local pub chugging on house wine, cackling at the tops of their voices and grabbing at blokes half their age, which is always a good look, but these Midas shoes are somewhat more understated than aforementioned ladies.

The heel doesn’t look too high either, which is always a bonus when you’re planning on wearing the shoes to work and don’t want to end up hobbling around like a cripple by the end of the day.

The Midas Felicia Roche snakeskin shoes sell for $278.

Mollini and Midas shoe sale

Mollini and Midas shoe sale

I love me a good shoe sale and there are a couple of good ones starting today.

Sister companies Mollini and Midas have commenced a clearance sale - they are both owned by the same company, which also owns Evelyn Miles, Scooter and Shoo Biz.

Prices start from $70 at Mollini and $125 at Midas. The shoes pictured here are the Penny style from Mollini and are going for $70.

Check out the Mollini sale here and the Midas sale here.

Plus - an extra bonus for anyone who has bothered to read this far. If you’re in Sydney or Melbourne, you can score 15% off storewide at Peter Alexander today (if you’re in Sydney), tomorrow (Melbourne Central and Doncaster) and Saturday (Chadstone).

40% off all Midas and Mollini shoes tomorrow

Tomorrow is going to be a dream come true for shoe lovers with news that Midas and Mollini are reducing all shoes by 40% for one day only.

Midas and Mollini are owned by the same company, with Midas being the high-end brand and Mollini the mid-range.

Love, love, love the Lola shoes at Mollini, as pictured here, which will come down to $82.80 from $138 with the 40% discount.

I am kicking myself that I am two days away from payday and am attempting to formulate a way around it. So far my options include a) rob a convenience store, b) sell most of the blood in my body and c) max out my credit card again (most likely).

Oh the humanity!

More information on the Midas sale can be found here and Mollini here.
